The Policy Processing Expert is responsible for reviewing and processing policy documents.

This includes checking for errors and omissions, and communicating with clients and agents to resolve any issues that may arise.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reviewing policy documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicating with clients and agents to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Escalating issues to the Customer Care Supervisor as needed
  • Assisting with discrepancy reports and researching client and carrier data

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient computer skills using Excel and Word
