- Communicating with clients and agents to resolve any issues that may arise
- Escalating issues to the Customer Care Supervisor as needed
- Assisting with discrepancy reports and researching client and carrier data
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills using Excel and Word
