USRBP is seeking a talented Web Developer with expertise in Radics, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Azure DevOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with experience in developing headless and dynamic content. The role involves working on the development of a new portal for our customers in the financial services industry, utilizing headless architecture or a headless model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement dynamic content using a headless architecture.
• Utilize Radics for data visualization and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain a new portal for customers in the financial services industry, ensuring it meets industry standards and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in web development.
• Proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind CSS for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Experience with Radics for data visualization and analysis.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and use of Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
