This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Executive Director, Administrative Resource Center ARC. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will advise management on the evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness, productivity and efficiency of ARC programs and operations.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience : Specialized experience for the GS-13 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes experience with :
- Reviewing, evaluating, and recommending changes regarding reports, processes, programs, objectives, and goals; AND
- Organizing and delivering briefings and presentations to management; AND
- Contributing to various projects within an organization, either as a team member or project lead.
