What You'll Do:

Maintain a strong security presence through active patrols and professional conduct

Monitor premises via CCTV and physical checks to deter threats and respond rapidly

Write detailed, timely incident reports for our operations team

Enforce site-specific policies while remaining alert and composed under pressure

Use sound judgment and discretion regarding the use of force and firearms

Safeguard locations from trespassing, vandalism, harassment, and other threats
What We’re Looking For:

Valid PA ACT 235 Certification – REQUIRED

Minimum of 3 years of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience

Must own and maintain your own firearm

Must qualify with your firearm at the range prior to hire

Neat, professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Effective communication – both written and verbal

High school diploma or GED

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
