The Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the Operations Managers and Director of Operations Administration on all pertinent Operational matters.
Position shifts:
Monday – Friday 8AM to 4PM
Job location: Blue Bell, PA (on-site)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus quarterly bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs administrative and clerical tasks as needed;
Assists Operations Managers with the scheduling of PT employees in open assignments;
Creates and modifies shifts in the scheduling software;
Communicates with Operations Team whenever there's a conflict in scheduling;
Maintain Operations Team informed of schedule changes, gaps and needs;
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2 years of experience administrative experience supporting operations;
Prior experience with Scheduling Software;
Self-starter with a pleasant and professional attitude; good typing skills;
Ability to work independently with the capability of adapting to changing priorities;
Ability to multi-task, with close attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Demonstrates dependability, good judgment and problem-solving skills;
Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
Must be able to pass background proceedings.
