As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for guiding, organizing, and directing the hourly work force in conjunction with supervisors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding, organizing, and directing the hourly work force
- Ensuring stationary and mobile equipment is operational within planned availability
- Long-term planning including projects, process development, budgeting, and predictive/preventive maintenance activities
- Developing and maintaining quality, safety, environmental, and health programs
- Coordinating maintenance activities with production to meet sales requirements
