We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plant, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in satisfactory condition. You will work closely with our supervisors to guide and direct the hourly workforce, manage plant operations, and control costs through effective planning and management.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mining or a related field. They should also have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, and experience with maintenance programs like JD Edwards (SAP). Additionally, they should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with diverse personalities.
This position requires regular attendance at the plant and occasional travel to meet with clients and partners. The employee may be exposed to routine industrial health and safety hazards and will be required to use respirators, ear protection, eye protection, safety shoes, hard hats, and other designated safety equipment.
