The primary purpose of this role is to perform electrical maintenance tasks, including plant troubleshooting, PLC programming, control system monitoring, and providing technical guidance to the electrical maintenance team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, evaluate and troubleshoot plant electrical issues, and provide effective cost-sensitive recommendations.
- Configure and program ladder logic, have hands-on experience with electrical control systems, calibration of Merrick weigh feeders, Load cells, and flowmeters.
- Have experience with Allen Bradley PLCs & Powerflex VFD's, familiar with Industrial burner controls (MAXON), and possess knowledge of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations.
