Essential Functions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and restaurant environment.
- Clean dishes, operate kitchen equipment, and transport food items to and from the kitchen.
- Disinfect and sanitize countertops, work surfaces, and kitchen areas.
- Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen and dining room floors.
- Unload trucks, stock produce, frozen and dry goods, and dispose of fryer oil properly.
- Load and unload stock efficiently, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Follow all food service department policies and procedures.
- Ensure staffing requirements for service areas are met as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Rocket Center.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists accurately.
- Assist in other areas as required to support operational needs.

Required Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment with a desire to follow organizational procedures.
- ServSafe certification is recommended but not required. Additional certifications are preferred but not required.
