Responsibilities:
- Work according to the safety objectives, policy, and procedures of your department.
- Move material to support USS-OOH’s process.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Be able to identify correct material, quantities, and rack locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspection on forklifts.
- Responsible for the house keeping in their work areas.
- Any other function deemed necessary by supervision.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- The ability to work an industrial schedule including overtime (rotating or fixed 8-hour shift work, which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
- Adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times.
- Work with and around materials that may be hot, heavy or sharp, and hazardous chemicals.
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift in excess of 25 lbs.
