Job Description:
- The client is seeking an experienced Anaplan Support Manager to assist in transitioning business planning models from spreadsheets to Anaplan.
- This role will focus on technical Anaplan development and business planning integration within a highly specialized environment.
- The ideal candidate will have deep Anaplan expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and implement Anaplan models to replace spreadsheet-based business planning.
- Translate business assumptions and processes into Anaplan solutions for improved decision-making.
- Collaborate with business planning teams to ensure seamless integration of existing models into Anaplan.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure Anaplan implementation aligns with company goals.
- Provide technical expertise in Anaplan, including model building and optimization.
- Assist with BigQuery integrations for data management.
- Participate in discussions to improve forecasting, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct informal knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams as needed.
Experience:
- 2-8 years of experience with Anaplan model building and development.
- Strong expertise in spreadsheet business modeling and data management.
- SQL experience.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions.
- Consulting experience is a plus, particularly with Anaplan implementation across multiple organizations.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
