Job Description:
- The Strategy and Operations (StratOps) Team's mission is to simplify and scale planning and governance for Cloud Platform and Technical Infrastructure (TI) to drive sustained business growth.
- Our scope includes strategy planning, annual business planning, hiring and headcount management, operating cost management, OKR measurement and management, governance & analytics, and special projects for Cloud leadership that address emergent business needs.
- The project s scope is to support the design and delivery of critical project workstreams and core operational workflows for the StratOps team.
Responsibilities:
- This role will include a range of longer term programmatic work, periodic operational activities (e.g., weekly, monthly), and ad hoc special project work that are responsive to Cloud leadership needs.
- Collaborate with StratOps team members to conduct data-driven analyses and generate actionable insights to address emerging business needs.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications to effectively share insights and recommendations with business stakeholders.
- Execute core operational activities in support of key programs, on time and with 100% accuracy.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Project Management roles.
- Experience managing projects end to end, including communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in problem-solving using first-principles reasoning and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen.
- Strong data analytics skills, including development and optimization of SQL queries and data pipelines, data analysis and visualization, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Fluency with Google Workspace products, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Desired Skills:
- Product/technical experience with Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise/B2B Businesses.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
