Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and ensuring efficient project execution.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status and success metrics.
- Manage end-to-end program execution for prioritized projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Collaborate with teams to remove obstacles, allocate resources, and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather lessons learned and drive process improvements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless communication and resource flow.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and executives to address strategic needs.
Mandatory:
- 7 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on operations or PMO.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as productivity and project management software s, communication platforms, and reporting tools.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
