Job Description:
- We take the most impactful design opportunities and make them a reality through UX guidance and platform code. We make products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone.
- The Design Intelligence team collaborates with other teams understanding of UI and UX design (reasoning, generation, critiquing, manipulation.) We are a "tri-coastal" team with core members on the US west coast, NYC, and Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation
- Eval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)
- Dataset creation tooling development
- Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructure
- Fine tuning LLM models
- Production of datasets for application to post-training of LLMs
Experience:
- Code comprehension Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other).
