Job Description:
- As a Program Manager, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.
- Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage programs to ensure safe and trusted user experiences.
- Develop roadmaps and cross-functional processes to address complex issues impacting users and advertisers.
- Define program governance, track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Create and execute program communication plans for diverse stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve the escalation prioritization model, conducting trend analysis to identify potential future incidents.
- Create and maintain detailed resources and playbooks for specialized enforcement.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of proven Program management experience in Trust & Safety related topics.
- 1-2 years experience in Tech industry.
- Ability to work with Stakeholders from different teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Skills:
- Basic SQL (Nice to have).
- Proficiency with G-Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc).
- Experience with advanced reporting and analytics in task management platforms (Nice to have).
- Experience in Process Mapping (Nice to have).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, computer science or a related field.
