Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will work with the Cloud Compliance Operations team to support the execution of Cloud commercial agreements in compliance with internal selling policies. The team oversees the successful and compliant execution of Cloud Commercial Agreements worldwide, including the close management quarter-end sales procedures and continuous improvement of contract execution procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with business and engineering team members.
- Respond to inbound questions about sales policies and processes from Cloud Sellers.
- Support managers during peak quarter-end close procedures to ensure timely signature of commercial agreements.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently to continually map, enhance and improve compliance operations procedures.
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant practical work experience in sales operations, project management or paralegal work.
- Experience of working with commercial sales agreements, including interpretation of contractual terms, and internal governance and approval procedures.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
