Summary:
The Coordinator, Data Maintenance and Integrity is responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent and timely input of individual and company information across multiple databases, ensuring the highest level of data integrity. The Coordinator, Data Maintenance and Integrity reports to the Manager, Member Services and collaborates frequently with internal colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter highly-detailed data into membership database; identify and resolve discrepancies and duplicates; incorporate changes into additional systems when needed.
- Contact accounts by phone or email to verify, correct, or update information.
- Develop a strong understanding of our systems, along with data entry processes and guidelines; leverage insights to make recommendations to improve data integrity and member intelligence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective, accurate and timely data entry.
- Identify key themes and trends to deepen member insights.
- Occasionally perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning and printing.

Education, Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Community College education preferred.
- 1 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role, particularly with a focus on phone or direct member communication.
- Experience with data validation, database management, or similar tasks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint, with experience in data management or CRM software a plus.
Other:
- Position based in Washington, DC. U.S. Travel staff work in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
