Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.
- Plans the annual cycle count program to ensure all items are counted according to the latest revision of the cycle count procedure.
- Performs monthly portions of cycle counts in accordance with the cycle count plan.
- Serves as the go-to person for inventory problem resolution.
- Manages the High Velocity area of the warehouse, including : running and analyzing QAD reports to determine entry and exit lists for the High Velocity area; using QAD to set up new High Velocity items and remove obsolete ones; and managing High Velocity Overstock locations.
- Manages the Replenishment of the High Velocity area. Runs sectional replenishment reports in QAD and replenishes the relevant locations to minimize stock-outs.
- Uses QAD and RF guns.
- Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts, stock pickers, and other types of equipment as required.
- Serves as a backup for other areas of the warehouse operations : Shipping, Receiving, Pick SO, Pick FAS.
- Other tasks / functions as assigned.
