POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Graphic Designer communicates and promotes U.S. Venture brands, product offerings, and activities through compelling, innovative, world-class graphic design to support multi-channel marketing efforts, including print, web, social, and environmental across the enterprise. Conceptualizes progressive on-brand designs by collaborating cross functionally and executes design work from start to finish to deliver world-class marketing assets to delight stakeholders, support overarching brand strategies, and drive business success.
The role will work out of our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI on a hybrid basis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of a deep understanding of business graphic needs and both conceptualization and creation of world-class print, digital (including web and social), and environmental assets across the enterprise.
- Development of logos and brand assets for U.S. Venture corporate and divisions in close collaboration with business stakeholders and resource groups.
- Participation in internal brainstorming sessions to help “imagine the possible” with regard to marketing materials / assets.
- Functioning as a liaison as needed between U.S. Venture Marketing Department and external vendors, including print / production companies, as well as external marketing agencies regarding graphic needs.
- Negotiation with external vendors to deliver competitive pricing and high-quality support regarding graphics needs as needed.
- Leadership of the development of new corporate / product brand standards as needed, as well as adhering to existing standards in the execution of graphic design projects.
- Maintaining of digital assets, including photography, brand logos, artwork, video, and completed marketing materials.
- Providing project graphic support to other members of the U.S. Venture marketing team, including communications, videography, social media, and other digital marketing.
- Presentation of graphics work / projects to internal stakeholders and groups of various sizes.
