What You’ll Do:
- To build relationships with drivers and improve driver’s confidence in U.S. Xpress’ payroll through a call center. To trouble shoot potential problems and rectify existing problems.
- Solves problems concerning payroll, answers inquires and enforces payroll policies
- The main contact for drivers concerning all administrative issues relating to Payroll and Benefits Administration (deductions)
- Recommends solutions to management when repetition of individual problems indicates negative trends
- Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with U.S. Xpress standards
- Additional duties may be assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
Education
- Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Experience
- One to three months related experience and/or training combination
Skills/Certifications
- Telephone, 10 key or calculator, PC, Fax machine, photocopier.
- Work in windows based PC software applications.
- Must be able to represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements – Normal office settings.
