Primary Position Purpose:
Lead a strategic marketing and advertising approach to fulfill business goals.
Position Functions:
- Lead strategic approach to lead generation efforts of company driver recruiting including: paid performance media, organic media, out-of-home/outdoor advertisement (OOH), and email/text campaigns.
- Generate lead, website, and advertising reports to leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually utilizing various tools as needed including Microsoft Excel and Google Looker Studio.
- Provide recommendation for the driver-recruiting media planning, budgeting, and go-to-market campaign process.
- Work with media/ad agency vendor(s) to place, optimize, and capture performance of online and offline media across various audiences and sources.
- Lead media partners and other third-party vendor relationships. Report back weekly as needed.
- Ensure strong brand presence is in externally published media, content, and communication.
- Evaluate advertising lead performance to include lead volume, lead-to-hire conversions, and content that is resonating on the site.
- Partner with internal IT team to make strategic improvements that maximize search engine optimization (SEO) and lean generation. Meet and plan projects as needed.
- Utilize website's content management system (CMS) to add and modify content on the website.
- Manage execution of SEO initiatives working with SEO partner and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate new advertising opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Manage lead database reengagement strategies and vendors with recruitment leadership including 800 number tracking and web campaign tracking.
- Utilize marketing tools within applicant tracking system (ATS) to generate lead flow and evaluate performance.
- Provide input to the content creation, working with creative team and advertising agencies as necessary.
- Collaborate and share marketing and advertising best practices with other departments in the organization.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
- Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce.
- Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives. Participate in such discussions by offering input and advice.
What We’re Looking For:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
Experience
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing required
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Meta, performance media management, and SEO required
- Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience a plus
