What You’ll Do:

Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of business travel arrangements services for drivers using a Corporate Travel on-line reservation system. Work as a liaison between departments to ensure proper bookings for all travel requests submitted and relay itineraries to the appropriate departments. Assists in the development of policies and procedures regarding the handling of business travel arrangements.

• Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of business travel arrangements and services for drivers using a Corporate Travel on-line reservation system; this includes airfare, rental car, hotel, rideshare, and greyhound bookings.

• Streamlines the travel reservation process by ensuring that reservations for business air travel, car rentals and overnight accommodation are accurate, and that itineraries, tickets and instructions are forwarded to employees on a timely basis.

• Analyzes travel services provided by vendors and recommends changes as appropriate.

• Makes cost effective decisions when analyzing travel options.

• Monitors and reports on daily Queue-value count using the PC-travel software on-line reservation system. Updates all employee travel profiles.

• Work with appropriate departments to determine the best solution for drivers with truck concerns while communicating the solution with the customer.

• Work with onboarding hotels and shuttles to coordinate initial stays, extensions, and pickup/drop offs.

What We’re Looking For:

Education

• Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.

Experience

• Previous experience in the travel field.

• Experience with Concur Travel preferred; not required

• Customer Service experience preferred

Skills/Certifications

• Ability to manage vendor relationships.

• Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and the public.
