Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatchedmiles that ranges from $.54 to $.60 cpm depending on route andexperience. Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S.Xpress terminal. No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident inthe last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. NoDUI / DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offenseoccurred while holding a CDL. Must be able to pass a DOT physicaland drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years,or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. Nopositive / refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A / CLP. SAPdrivers are not eligible for hire.
