What You’ll Do :

Work with business partners across the organization to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels including social media, email, SEO, events, etc.

Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, internal company channels, email campaigns, print materials, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and company goals.

Monitor, measure and report campaign performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.

Support planning efforts for company events, trade shows, community events and customer engagement opportunities.

Support overall SEO growth through content creation including blogs, website optimization efforts, short-form video content and more.

What We’re Looking For :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Experience :

Minimum of 3 years in communications and / or marketing required.

Proficiency in brand communications principles with in-house comms or agency experience preferred.

Skills / Certifications :

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Proficient in various marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.).

Strong writing, editing and communication skills.

Good judgment and a creative problem solver.

Polished, professional with a positive attitude.

Ability to connect and interact with a wide variety of people.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements : Normal office settings.
