Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience
Eligible drivers can earn trip pay based on dispatched miles
Flex Fleet drivers should live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal
No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the past 2 years
No major accidents in the last 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
No DUI / DWI in the last 5 or 10 years if CDL was held
Must pass a DOT physical and drug test with clean records
