- You must have a valid CDL-A and be at least 21 years old
- Three months of driving experience required
- No more than one preventable accident in the last two years
- No major accidents in the past five years
- No more than two moving violations in two years
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the last five years
- Pass a DOT physical and drug test
