We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Digital Product Manager supporting the U.S. Digital ACE Lighthouse Team, in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:

• Collaborates with the Product Director and other Product Managers to shape end-to-end product strategy and business value of their feature set

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and act as business/technical SME

• Utilize market and industry knowledge to coordinate translation of user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, 2-3 sprints ahead

• Collaborates with Product Director and designers to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure customer-driven design

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Supply Chain, SAP, Customer Master/ Salesforce & Digital Health Suite/Smart Cataract)

• Reviews and approves test cases and test runs prepared by Test Leads

• Coordinates early estimation of Epics and Stories

• Serves as the day-to-day contact for the engineering team on clarification of requirements

• Supports the Product Director in collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with the overall product vision

• Approves JIRA ticket demos from engineering

• Preps and gives demos to business along with Product Director

• Works closely with the Product Director on priorities and day to day decision-making

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 13 yrs; Assoc. 9 yrs; M.S. 2 yrs; PhD 0 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 5 Years of Relevant Experience

• Work hours: 40 hours

• Travel:15%

• Relocation: Yes
