As an Associate, Quality Assurance Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring services, processes, and facilities follow the organization’s Quality Assurance (QA) standards, international standards, and government regulations.
In this role you will
- Establish quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring quality and drives improvements.
- Conduct process quality audit and documents inspection records.
- Understand external standards such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Lean Six Sigma for quality in their industry field.
- Execute and support quality system activities to include Quality Metrics, Audit Management, Veeva administration (documentation and training), Change Control, Artwork, and support review of regulatory documentation and requests.
