Electro Mechanic I, II, or III (Day Shift)

As a ELECTRO MECHANIC , supporting our MANUFACTURING SITE,  you will be trusted with helping with the development of others while minimizing production downtime and helping to improve yield and quality. at JOHNS CREEK MANUFACTURING in JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA.   

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Assisting with the training and development of Maintenance Technicians/Electro-Mechanics and production personnel.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform corrective maintenance for all production equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.

• Assisting with improvements to the maintenance systems. (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)

• Assisting with technical projects for process upgrades and improvements, and with revising or writing SOPs.

• Optimizing manufacturing equipment and process to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• 3 Years of Relevant Experience

• Work hours: 36 - 48 hours per week (12-hour rotating day shift  - 6:00am – 6:30pm: 2 days on, 2 days off, and every other weekend)

• Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%
