Job Summary :
The MASST Coordinator oversees the MASST program, ensuring effective implementation and achievement of program goals within set timeframes. Responsibilities include facilitating communication with service agencies, promoting program activities, recruiting clients, assessing their skills and needs, and providing job development and placement at host sites. The Coordinator also prepares reports and evaluations related to the project.
Reports to : Associate Director
Minimum Qualifications :
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, preferred
- Valid Alaska driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work will be considered.
Typical Duties :
Position Location : Mat-Su, AK
Work Schedule :
Up to 173 days in contract. Regular work hours are from 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm AKST. Part-time work is available - schedule varies.
