What You'll Do:
Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements, you will:
- Coordinate the full-cycle employment process for staff positions
- Partner with hiring departments to assess and fulfill staffing needs
- Source and attract top talent through strategic outreach methods
- Screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates using our online application system
- Maintain documentation and report on staffing metrics
- Provide guidance to departments on recruiting and staffing concerns
- Represent UAB at job fairs and conduct new employee orientations
- Support or lead the hiring process for temporary roles
- May supervise support personnel
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (required)
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
