Pay Range: $18.85 - $30.65 / Hour

Job Description:
To supervise the daily operations of the department. To demonstrate team leadership qualities, identify improvement opportunities and assist in the development of processes. To provide services to any area that requires reprocessing of sterile instrumentation. To clean, assemble and sterilize instrument sets for surgery. To assemble and organize case carts for surgery. To stock supplies and perform biological testing of sterilizers. To operate all sterilization equipment.
High School diploma or equivalent and previous experience in Sterile Supply required. Currently certified or eligible to be certified in Sterile Processing Management (C.S.P.M) by the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) with the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) required. If eligible to be certified, certification must be obtained within one (1) year from date of hire into classification.
Salary : $19 - $31
