Position Description
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Work Location: Radiology, Nuclear Medicine - Jefferson Towers

Supervises employees and operations in a designated area. Responsible for employee training, auditing, managing workflow, establishing productivity standards, performance issues, staffing, payroll, and other matters associated with the productivity and operations of assigned area. Sets goals for performance and deadlines. Provides constructive feedback and coaching. Handles confidential information and issues. Will have administrative duties as assigned. Manage compliance/regulatory processes. May act as a liaison to leadership and/or as human resource officer for department.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related experience required. Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Minimum hiring rate must meet the most current FLSA guidelines for salary level and basis to remain exempt. Previous management experience is preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
