Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.75 / hour
The Operating Room Dispatcher position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth patient flow and operational efficiency within the perioperative department. This role is shared between two dispatchers who work collaboratively to manage patient transport, support floor operations, and uphold OR protocols. Dispatchers serve as role models, trainers, and mentors to the Perioperative Services Care Technician members.

Job Description:
To monitor the operating room schedule and room turnovers. To dispatch and deploy care techs for assessment/completion of operating room and anesthesia workstation readiness, workstation turnover, patient transport, lab and surgical specimen delivery, and equipment and supply delivery. To perform care tech duties as needed. To participate in the training and performance appraisals of the care techs. To successfully complete the designated portions of the orientation/training programs.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.75 / hour

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience required. Currently certified with Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
