Job Description:
To provide 1:1 or 1:2 patient observation in order to prevent self-inflicted harm. To demonstrates an awareness of patient and personnel safety. To use patient safety equipment, To use universal precautions in keeping the area neat and uncluttered. To demonstrate a caring behavior in working with patients, families and members of the healthcare team.
High School diploma or GED required.
