The Registered Nurse in this role will use a systematic critical-thinking approach to guide data gathering, assessment, nursing judgment, intervention, and evaluation of human responses to actual and potential health problems. The nurse will also identify patient needs using the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Synergy Model and delegate, coordinate, and manage all aspects of nursing care provided to patients, their families, and the community in a timely and cost-effective manner.
