Position Description
Work Schedule: Full Time
Work Location: Employee Health Group , John Whitaker Building

Supervises employees and operations in a designated area. Responsible for employee training, staffing, payroll and time management, scheduling (including employee schedules and on boarding, resident schedules, call schedules, etc.), auditing, quality control, handling performance issues, and other matters associated with the productivity and operations of assigned area. Handles confidential information/issues, including complaints. May have grant/budgetary responsibilities. Supervises the work of, but does not perform, the same duties as subordinate personnel. May have some administrative duties and manage compliance/regulatory processes. May act as a liaison to leadership and as human resources officer for department as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
