Summary of Job Duties : The Clinical Services Manager (CSM) at the UAMS Institute for Community Health and Innovation in South Arkansas plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the clinical care team. This team provides preventive care, prenatal, and women's health care on the mobile health unit and home visits in a community-based setting. The CSM is responsible for staffing, development, patient satisfaction, professional growth, and quality outcomes.
The CSM will collaborate with the Program Director and ICHI leadership to ensure that quality patient care is delivered and overall program goals are reached while adhering to regulations and requirements set by UAMS, insurance companies, government agencies, and internal goals / strategies.
