Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate , you will play a critical role in keeping Landers Appliance running efficiently. This is not just an administrative role -you will be deeply involved in the daily execution of projects, operational planning, reporting, business analysis, inventory management, and marketing efforts You will work closely with the Director of Project Management , ensuring the heartbeat of the company keeps moving forward while also assisting in customer interactions, escalations, and digital communications
This is an in-office role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You'll be expected to think on your feet, problem-solve, and adapt quickly One moment you might be analyzing business performance data, the next you could be managing an inventory process or working with the team to optimize routing and scheduling. No two days will be the same, and your ability to pivot and support where needed will be key to your success.

Compensation : $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
