The Student & Community Programs Administrator is a full-time role that provides administrative support across three key areas: student services, community programming, and student events. This position will generally dedicate one-third of its workload to supporting student services, one-third to assisting with community programming, and one-third to aiding with student events. The ongoing balance of responsibilities and workloads will be at the discretion of the University Dean. The administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of student-focused initiatives, enhancing community engagement, and supporting event planning logistics.
\n- Student Services Support
- Assist the Director of Student Life with student outreach, communications, and resource coordination.
- Help manage student records, appointments, and service requests.
- Provide administrative support for student programs and initiatives.
- Track and organize student feedback for service improvement.
- Community Programming Support
- Assist the Community Manager in coordinating community engagement programs and partnerships.
- Manage communication with community stakeholders, including outreach and scheduling.
- Support logistics for community events, meetings, and workshops.
- Help track participation data and program effectiveness.
- Student Events Support
- Work with the University Dean to assist in planning and executing student-focused events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue reservations, vendor communication, and materials preparation.
- Support event promotion and communication efforts.
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
