Requirements:
Ability to perform or learn how (youtube, etc.) to do home maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to:
snaking drains, replacing toilets or resolving toilet issues, changing light bulbs, cleaning, changing batteries in smoke & carbon monoxide alarms, changing filters in stoves, furnaces, etc., paint walls, install click-lock floors, install paneling or perform other aesthetic upgrades in homes, change or fix light fixtures, yard work, gardening, repair/spackle holes in walls, perform trash management, refinish floors, & clean homes as well as trouble shoot any issues that may arise and try to fix them.
Desired Additional Abilities:
Answer incoming calls/emails and decide which to "handle" and which to field to owner (based on training)
Show property to prospective tenants throughout the year
Manage outbound communications with service professionals and other contract workers
Basic understanding of computers and phone applications (google drive, google docs, emails, paypal, Venmo, etc.)
Maintain detailed time sheets on google docs (will be trained on this)
Flexible schedule, ability to make your own hours for the most part
Ability to use personal phone and email
EXCELLENT communication skills. Must communicate with owner, tenants, service providers, etc. Will be representing owner in all written and verbal communications. Must show integrity and absolute professionalism.
Not looking for a temporary worker. Need someone who is fully committed to this role for at least 1-2 years (but hopefully long-term with room to grow into a bigger role).
