Attendant Responsibilities
- Complete FOH Opening and Closing checklists before and after service.
- Take food orders from guests; accurately enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
- Accept payment, process credit card charges, and make changes accurately.
- Handle phone orders with HAPPI values to collect information needed to complete the order.
- Monitor and observe guest's dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Pack, label, and check all orders for accuracy.
- Alert and note on all food allergies and restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work and service area including tables, shelves, POS, electronic tablets, and paper supply storage.

- At least 18 years of age.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- 1-2 years of experience
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English comprehensively.
- Basic math skills and understand basic measurements.
- Basic computer skills.
- A valid food safety certification.
- Continuously or periodically bend, twist, lean, lift, push, pull, kneel, bend, walk, stand, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time.
- Ability to deal with guests in a professional manner while maintaining a composed demeanor in high stress situations.
- Frequent long periods of standing and walking are expected during the workday.
- Ability to reach for objects and stoop or bend as needed to perform job duties.
- This position may involve visual and auditory tasks, including the ability to see and hear adequately to perform job functions.
