About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Project Management is expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills, as well as people management skills. They must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams, and interface effectively with colleagues, Uber Freight management, vendor partners, and customers. The excellent candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and possess the analytical ability to proactively identify issues, propose and implement acceptable solutions. This position will work at our office in Rogers, Arkansas.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Manage Project Managers to ensure timeline adherence and process compliance
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop reports and measures for identifying areas of improvement against KPI's
- Oversee Uber Freight Implementation performance and ensure compliance across internal teams
- Lead process related to timely updates of project management software, and support customer implementations
- Develop prioritization strategy for internal and external customer projects
- Serve as a liaison and advocate on behalf of Uber Freight to the customers and providers
- Work with management, sales, and operations to manage project timelines and results
- Regularly develop reports of project financials for Uber Freight Executives
