Uber's Trust & Security Organization is seeking a Access Control & Badging Project Lead to lead its Access Control and Badging Team (AC&B). This person will manage the AC&B team in Uber's Mission Bay, San Francisco office.

What You'll Do
- Internalize and deeply understand Uber's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team.
- Manages a global team of administrators, ensuring efficient badging operations and 24/7 support.
- Execute all things access control (badging, visitor management, key control).
- Badging: Lead the production and distribution of access badges to all employees and contractors
- Visitor Management: You'll maintain the visitor management system to ensure security compliance.with tight controls
- Key Control: Validate site keys are accounted for, secured, and distributed
- Work closely and educate key business leaders and staff on access procedures and policies.
- Ensure visitor management systems are in accordance with security standards.
- Provision and de-provision badge access.
- Work to provide regular updates to AC&B Manager with information on the Access control & Badging Project.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Access Control, Badging and technical security operation, visitor management or technical security operations.
- Ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
- Experience and/or certifications working with Genetec, LenelS2, HID Fargo Printers, HID card technologies, Envoy visitor management systems and access control systems is a bonus!
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.

Salary : $94,500 - $105,250
