The Northern California Team (NorCal) is looking for an AM Lead for San Francisco, where we have one of the biggest opportunities on Selection & Growth.
In this role, the individual will manage a team of Account Managers who are responsible for growing merchants in their market. The role offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the organization, The individual is responsible for making commercial decisions to help us achieve our goal of winning selection street by street and geo by geo.
AM Leads/Managers own the results of their geographical area as well as the selection mix, plus will interact with Sales teams to identify the and keep a good funnel for selection to come.

What You'll Do
Your time will be split between the following activities:
- Current Selection Growth - Drive merchant revenue and value on Uber Eats through deepening our partnerships with them, leveraging Uber Eats tools such as marketing and product adoption, as well as new and innovative initiatives. And you will instruct, follow up and coach your team in the following:
- BoB Management
- Upselling marketing portfolio
- Increase Memberships Penetration.
- Client Facing Time & Deliverables (Business Reviewss)
- Team management - Manage a team of skilled individual contributors that work to retain and grow our Restaurant Partners, while taking a people-first approach to support development opportunities for members of the team.
- Stakeholder Management - Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Operations & Analytics teams to improve the Restaurant partner's experience and achieve revenue targets.
- Localizing Strategy - Work with the LT team across the Eats West org to devise and execute the overall strategy for retaining and growing our SMB restaurant partner base.
- 4 years of experience within the Account Management or Sales
- Previous experience on Client Facing Roles or leading teams with client facing roles.
- Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (interaction with 2 other areas)
- Previous Management/Team Lead Experience for at least 6 months
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive track record of seller/AM coaching, developing people and building high-performing teams.
- Experience being a leader among peers, influencing cross-functional partners and setting an example for others
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for building things, working towards a shared goal, and ownership of outcomes
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with diverse set of stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment
- Excellent at building and auditing Account Management processes along with analyzing and articulating problems and opportunities
- High EQ and natural interpersonal skills. A connector and expert communicator
Salary : $129,000 - $143,000
