- Storytelling and Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft and share compelling narratives that inspire and align diverse audiences.
- Innovative and Human-Centered: Experience designing creative, human-centered solutions, such as leveraging design thinking or other methodologies to advance culture and employee experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in working across teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and integrate culture into business processes.
- Adaptability in Change: Proven ability to lead through change, fostering adaptability and ensuring culture remains a guiding force during periods of growth or transformation.
- 7 years of professional experience in roles such as culture, employee experience, organizational development, employer brand, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field with a strong focus on culture and experience design.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing both employee and user experiences to drive business outcomes and align with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to gather insights, identify trends, and translate data into impactful strategies
