The Identity team is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to own the partnership identity space at Uber. What The Candidate Will Do
- Help build sophisticated identity solutions and scalable distributed systems and technologies to enable business to grow on Uber globally.
- Create platform features to enable seamless and secure linking of a third party identity and Uber.
- Distill vision and strategy for the team, get all members of the cross-functional team aligned and motivated.
- Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, product teams and other stakeholders across Uber.
- 5 years of product management experience, ideally working with third party partnerships on a global scale.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing and using data and analytical abilities to help solve problems and make decisions.
- Extensive experience working with cross functional and external stakeholders on a global scale.
- Aptitude and excitement to constantly learn about new partnerships / products within Uber.
- Ability to synthesize patterns across engagements to proactively build platform features to enable the next 10 partnerships.
- MBA or equivalent business insight.
Salary : $174,000 - $193,500
