Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
· 0–3 years of relevant experience (academic or industry-based).
· Hands-on experience with cell culture, including aseptic techniques.
· Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as bioreactors and biosafety cabinets.
· Strong data management and analytical skills.
· Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis with weekday schedule adjustments if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with CHO cells (Chinese Hamster Ovary cells).
· Knowledge of perfusion or fed-batch cell culture techniques.
· Exposure to microbial fermentation.
· Previous work with bioreactor operations, even at an academic level.
