Ubik Group is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with exposure in Financial Compliance and Regulations to join a large Capital Markets consulting company in Manhattan.Skills / Qualifications : 2-5 years experience in capital markets (Dodd Frank / EMIR / BASEL / Volcker etc) working in a Business Analyst capacityCollecting, understanding and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plansDocument workflows, results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specificationsProvide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycleDesign and execute the test scenarios and test scriptsDay to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are metWeekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones statues, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependenciesAbility for North American travel preferredUSA Citizen or Green Card Holder requiredBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science preferred
