Ubique Technologies, a division of Patrick Industries, is a leader in the manufacturing of high-quality components across various industries. Due to their growth they are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their operations in Clanton, AL and drive strategic success.
Responsibilities :
This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in manufacturing operations, financial management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.
Duties :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to enhance the competitiveness and profitability. - Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, supply chain management, and cost control.
- Financial Oversight : Manage the business unit’s budget, forecast financial performance, and ensure adherence to financial objectives. Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Team Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure customer needs are understood and met through effective communication and service delivery.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing operations. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold product excellence.
- Supply Chain Management : Oversee procurement and inventory management to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs while ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Safety and Compliance : Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations.
